When you make TOO much fruit salad [ Kids Favorite Fruit Salad ] [3], & you store the rest in the fridge … the next day it’s not quite as crisp & yummy. What to do? Make a smoothie, of course! :)
Even my daughter who is generally “OMG! Blech! It’s green!” thought it was good.
Ingredients:
leftover fruit salad [including juice]
2 cup spinach
ice, [optional]
Preparation:
Toss everything in the blender.
