Ingredients:
6 hazelnuts
1 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds
sprinkle cinnamon
2 teaspoon cacao nibs
1 teaspoon raw
honey
½ cup berries
3 slice peach or nectarine (optional)
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Vary any or all ingredients to taste. i typically use strawberries and blueberries. When i can find blackberries or peaches in the backyard, i add those, too. Quick to prepare and really refreshing. This dish sustains me for quite a while, even though i am a frequent eater. :)
