I don’t use a base for this cheesecake because I don’t tend to overdo it with the nuts but you could easily make a base from another recipe. enjoy!!
2 cup raw cashews, soak for 6 hours
1 cup soft dates
1 cup coconut meat
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup strawberries
1 cup
blackberries
dash coconut water as needed, just add small amounts
Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor and then transfer into a blender and blend until really creamy. Then place in a cake tin or small bowls, let them sit for a couple of hours and they are ready to serve!!
