Easy apple pie! Thanks to Denise Thomas for this recipe.
6 granny smith apples
1½ teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon lemon juice
agave nectar, to taste
walnut pie crust (see link below)
Blend ingredients in food processor until chunky or smooth like apple sauce. Save in a covered bowl until serving time, then pour into walnut pie crust [2] (or your favorite) and top with
a sprinkling of cinnamon. You can
also add chunks of apple if you like it chunkier.
