This is a variation on the California Coleslaw.
Ingredients:
Salad:
3 cup Shredded Cabbage
1 cup Shredded Carrots
½ cup Raisins
¼ cup Sliced Green Onions
(optional)
¼ cup Finely Chopped Dill Weed
¼ cup Hemp Seed
Dressing:
1 Avocado
1 tablespoon
Stone Ground Mustard
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Agave Nectar
Sea Salt
Preparation:
Shred cabbage and carrots in food processor. Add raisins, green onions, dill and hemp seed. Mix together dressing ingredients: avocado, mustard, oil, agave nectar and salt to taste. Toss and enjoy.
