Ingredients:
1 bunch small collard greens+
1 teaspoon raw almond butter per leaf+
drizzle of honey or agave+
carrot, according to taste, grated
Preparation:
Spread almond butter on a collard green leaf. Drizzle honey according to your sweet tooth and place grated carrot over almond and honey. Tuck and roll from the side. Enjoy!
