I came up with this thinking about an easy recipe that popped with flavors. I love Italian food and thought this would be perfect. I didn’t measure I just made it with what I thought would be delish. I brought it to work and my co-worker loved it.
2 ZUCCHINI, SHREDD
4 SUN DRIED TOMATOES
4 SHITAKE MUSHROOMS, CHOPPED
OLIVE OIL
10 BASIL LEAVES
RAW
SUNFLOWER SEEDS
1 ROMANA TOMATOE
SHREDD 2 ZUCCHINI’S IN THE FOOD PROCESSOR TO MAKE ANGEL HAIR NOODLES. SET ASIDE IN A BOWL. USE THE S BLADE AND QUICKLY BLEND THE SUNDRIED TOMATOES, EYE BALL THE OLIVE OIL, BASIL, A COUPLE SMALL HANDFULLS OF SUNFLOWER SEEDS. CHOP UP THE SHITAKE MUSHROOMS AND TOMATOES. MIX WELL. I HAD IT IN A TUPPAWARE AND SHOOK IT SO THE FLAVOR WAS EVENLY DISTRIBUTED. YOU CAN ADD WHAT EVER YOU WANT AND PLAY WITH THIS FUN EASY RECIPE.
