Makes 1 serving for me, maybe 2 for someone else. ;)This is something that I came up with when I got home wanted something sweet creamy and just delicious. I usually use 1 package of fresh blueberries and add some frozen ones to it.
Ingredients:
1½ cup Blueberries, fresh or thawed frozen
2 dried figs, (soaked if regular blender)
4 dates
1 tablespoon Almond butter, (heaping)
½ Banana, fresh or frozen
Preparation:
Place all in Blender, blend until smooth. Eat right away. Very yummy and filling.
