Ingredients:
2 cup strawberries
1 cup frozen grapes
2 handfuls greens
2 teaspoon /bags raw unsmoked Yerba Mate
Preparation:
Open the tea bags and dump the herbs into the blender. If you dont like to chew your smoothie soak your mate overnight in 1/2 cup of water. Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend. Enjoy!
