This is a deep rich chocolately smoothie which helps to take the place of my dark cup of morning coffee!
2 tablespoon cacao powder
.33 cup rolled oats ( you could use raw oatgroats instead)
1 teaspoon spirulina
½ banana
1 tablespoon goji
berries
dash quality salt ( optional )
1 cup water
2 raw brazil nuts
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
sweetener of
your choice ( I used dark agave )
1 cup ice
Throw everything in your vitamix and enjoy! ( I am going to try to add a little spinach in mine the next time I make it )..
