This ice cream is interesting and sweet. Of course, it’s not for everyday because it has nothing good for you, but it’s great if you’re looking for something lightly chocolate and yummy!
2 pint Cold Water
3 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
½ cup Agave
¼ cup Caoco Powder, (taste it and add more if needed)
Caoco Nibs
Mix all the ingredients except the nibs until well blended (you can use a blender, but to save time and water, I just mixed it with a spoon for a while and called it good). Pour it into an ice cream maker and wait until thick balls of it form. Spinkle nibs over top and wa-la!
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can put it into a bowl in the freezer and every 10 mins mix it by hand and put it back in until it reaches the desired texture.
You could also pour it into a shallow pan and freeze it until medium hard, then take a spoon or fork and scratch it off. After you get it all off, mix it so that it
forms balls like it was never scratched!
