I live in tropical climate and when we get cyclones or strong wind palm trees sometimes fall. This is the only time i eat millionairs salad because you need to kill the whole tree for a small amount of the tasty new leaves. Also known as palm heart. Ingredients:
Palm tree., machette . Preparation:
Cut the crown shaft (between leaves and trunk.) Inside is the palm heart right in the center. Cut crown shaft length ways and find the new crunchy leaves inside.
