Almond Meal, Left over from making almond milk
Cumin
Salt and Pepper
Garlic
Italian Herbs
Preparation:
We wanted to have an authentic tasting taco salad. So I thought to mix spices with my leftover almond meal.
For a Mexican flavor add cumin, salt, pepper and garlic salt/powder and a little oil to moisten.
For Italian flavor add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic salt/pepper and a little oil to moisten.
It really does feel and taste similar to ground meat.
