I took about 1/2 pound of brussel sprouts, washed them and quartered them. Then I poured a little bit of olive oil and Bragg’s Liquid Aminos and let it marinate about 1 hour. It was very tasty. This was the first time I have ever eaten raw brussel sprouts.
The last few weeks I've been thinly slicing brussel sprouts and dressing them like coleslaw. I agree, very tasty.
