This originated out of a mix I munch on occasionally, they are very sweet so a little goes a long way!
½ cup almonds, soaked overnight
¼ cup water
a few dried fruit (i like dates and figs)
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoon dried coconut
arils of 1 pomegranate
2 tablespoon raw agave nectar
7 tablespoon milled flaxseed
Blend the first 5 ingredients in the blender, then stir in the pomegranate arils, raw agave, and flaxseed. Roll into little balls and you’re done! They are crumbly but delicious!
