Stroganoff like mom used to make with out the “no yolks” and beef.
4 Lg White mushrooms, chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ cup raw sour cream
pepper, too taste
¾ cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
green onion, chopped
Zuccini, peeled into noodles w/ peeler
Blend mushrooms, salt, sour cream and pepper with 1 cup of water until coarse consistency. Add nuts and blend again. Place mixture on zuccini noodles in bowl, garnish with green onion and place in warm water bath until warm. Serve!
