I love my Kale but sometimes the smoothies are a bit harsh. To make this “sweetie” the kiwi helps out! Real simple, real yummy. Add ice cubes to keep it cool in summer.
1 Kiwi fruit, peeled and cut
3 Kale Leaves, large, stalks cut off
1 cup water
1 Handful of Salad greens (the darker the better)
1 banana, peeled & cut
Throw in a blender.
This turned out pretty good. I added spinach as my salad greens. Next time I think I'll add ice to it too. I prefer my smoothies cold.
