Berry Green Smoothie

Makes 3 cups

A delicious and energizing way to start the day.

Ingredients: 

2 bananas
7 big strawberries
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon maca powder
1½ cup filtered water (or coconut water)
1 teaspoon raw agave nectar
2½ ounce spinach

Preparation: 

I blend together the bananas and (coconut) water first. Then I add it to taste. Sometimes more berries or a variety. I make sure the spinach is blended in well before I add the maca powder and coconut oil. The agave nectar is optional. This still comes out to a nice green color if you can handle even more spinach.
