Refried Beans

Ingredients: 

4 cup soaked sunflower seeds (2 1/2 dry)
½ cup hemp/flex/ or olive oil
3½ teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoon chili powder
2½ teaspoon cummin powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Dark miso paste (optional)
3 tablespoon raw tahini
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
¾ cup water

Preparation: 

Put all ingredients in a food processor and puree until creamy.

Best served just after warming in the dehydrator at 105 degrees.
