The idea of a frozen banana gave me the idea of adding a little young coconut milk to make it creamy. I think I should try it. Next time I go shopping I'll thing of beets and juicing :)

ah, i'm not sure, sorry. i usually just guesstimate. probably a cup of OJ, one or two handfuls of spinach, and .5 beet

I made something similar with chard a few days ago but it turned out horribly so I just strained the liquid and used that.
