"Instant Karma" Kale Breakfast Smoothie

Makes 1 serving.

Add all ingredients into blender and blend on high for 30 seconds (or more or less, depending on the power of your blender).

Ingredients: 

1 cup Water
¼ cup Raw Hemp Milk
1 cup Frozen Peaches
1 cup Kale, deveined
1 Banana, sliced
1 teaspoon Flax Seed, ground
¼ cup Blueberries
2 tablespoon 100% Pure Maple Syrup

Preparation: 

Maple syrup can be substituted with Agave Nectar, if desired.

mmmmm this was green heaven! i used pineapple instead, no peaches here :< but it's creamy and soooo yummy!

Do I use the stalk or just the leaves of the kale? And mine never comes out as green and lovely as yours!!

I love this smoothie! I thought I had some kale but I didn't so I used spinach. Yum!
