What’s up, Doc?
2 cup baby carrots
2 granny smith apples
1 stalk of celery
1 tomato
1 handful of parsley
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoon agave
1 tablespoon tahini
1 teaspoon cumin
½ lemon
water
pumpkin seeds & parsley, [for garnish]
Throw everything in a blender.
Whizzz until smooth.
Ladle into a bowl.
Top with pumpkin seeds & parsley.
Eat.
Enjoy.
