Delicious protein packed smoothie that tastes like a vanilla milkshake. This is great for post-workout or any time! You can vary the amount of milk and banana to make it more thick or thin depending on how you like it.

Ingredients: 

1 cup Nut Milk
1 Frozen Banana (or fresh and add a handful of ice)
3 Dates
2 tablespoon Raw Tahini
1 Scoop Raw Hemp Protein (optional)

Preparation: 

Throw all the ingredients in your Vitamix or blender. Be sure to give it time to do its work on the dates.
