I just thought maybe it was a typo and I didn't want to ruin my attempt at this delicious sounding bread :) However, 1 cup of nama = *11520 mg* of sodium!!! That's *420* times the recommended daily amount! That's pretty darn scary...

wow - is it really a CUP of Nama Shoyu and a tablespoon of sea salt? i haven't looked at the original recipe...
