Kale Chips

Get your greens and your chips all in one!

Ingredients:

2 head kale
2 tablespoon cold pressed organic olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pinch chili powder
2 pinch sun dried organic sea salt

Preparation:

Cut out the center tough stem part of the kale. Then cut each piece in 4. (You can layer & cut them all together.) In a mixing bowl, mix all together. Spread out on dehydrator trays. Check it after 4 hours, but it might take about 6 hours. They should be crispy.

Cheers from

Fireman Bobby, you can dehydratet these on 115 degrees with good results. Watch them after about one hour because they get crispy pretty fast. Enjoy!!

I tried this recipe yesterday as soon as I saw it, and it was delicious — crispy, flavorful little morsels! I bought extra kale today to make some more. Thank you for posting it!

Not very well. But then you have Kale Chip Crispies to sprinkle on your salad!
