You can use over your salads or raw pasta,rolls and roll-ups or even as a dip for the veggi sticks,if you sprinkle it with fresh mint it gets a real thai-like flavor.

Ingredients: 

Handfull of baby red-Radishes, washed and halfed or quaterded
2 roots of coriander, washed well
1 jelapeno paper, deseed
1 cm or about of ginger.
1 cm or about of ginger.
1 tablespoon raw agave nectar, you may add more/less to your taste
2 limes, juiced
pinch of cummin
pinch of lime zest, grated
Salt to taste

Preparation: 

Mix all ingredients in the blender untill smooth consistence.You may fill like add some water,i used it in my rolls so I needed it to be thicker.
You may adjust the jalapeno papers and the rest of spices to your taste.I used one small red paper,it was really hot/spicy,I guess next time I will use the green one!!!:)
