Has a really delicious and authentic noodle flavour, so quick and easy to make, and SOOO delicious. i love it!
1 Large Daikon Radish, spiralized into thin noodles
1 teaspoon nama shoyu or soy sauce
1 tablespoon cold-pressed sunflower oil
1 dash agave or other sweetener
1 umeboshi plum (optional)
I have to say, i didn't think i'd like this at all, but it has since become a staple for me! Everything balances out really nicely! I don't use the Nama Shoyu at all, i just added some sea salt and it turned out really well!!! Thanks for adding this!
Hey everyone! What have you been eating with the noodles?
oops! yeah i did, ume plums would be the kind to use. sorry, i'll fix that!
Elizabethh - this looks lovely and simple. Did you accidentally leave out the plum from your ingredients list? Just wondering if you used ume plums since I have some in my cubboards that I've been waiting to use in a good recipe.
mmm.. this sounds cool. but where's the plum in the ingredients?
Mmmm, this sounds so good. Gots to get me one of those spiral slicers.
That looks awesome! I love noodles made from veggies. <3
Wow that looks nummy! I am going to give that a whirl for sure, thanks!
