not my recipe! Got this from the POM Wonderful website, but I was so happy! haha I love pomegranate and banana. I’m subbing nectar/honey for where they had sugar, tho.
3 bananas, sliced
2 limes, juiced
bit of agave nectar or honey
1 cup pomegranate arils
Mix together the lime juice and honey for the lime dressing. Adjust sweet and sour flavor to taste.
Mound the pomegranate arils in the center of 4 plates and slice the bananas around the perimeter of the arils.
*Drizzle with the prepared lime dressing and serve.
wow...this recipe just reminded me I have a pomegranate to eat!! I'm so excited now!!
