What kind of wax paper did you use? Don’t use the white stuff use the natural brown stuff. Plus, if unless you are dehydrating something oily you need to put a thin layer of olive oil on your wax paper before you put your items on so they don’t stick – after they are not too wet anymore you don’t need the wax paper any more – remove it.

I just despise having to use it. I HAD some silicon bake ware that I chopped up to fit in the trays, but my dh threw them away when he did dishes one day.
I’m so close to just charging a dehydrator right now though. I want the excalibur BAD.
