Hello,

Does anyone know where you can get these in the UK? Or if you even can?? I’ve googled it but cant seem to find anything, thought word of mouth might be better!

    You sure can!! They sometimes sell them in Tescos ;) But it is better to go to an Indian, Chinese or Middle Eastern shop and get them there, they ALL sell them.

    You just have to go into an Asian area and ask someone where to get it if the shop you go into don’t sell it, they will know. They are also called Jelly Nuts.

    If you’re in London you’ll have no problem getting hold of them. They are usually sold whole, green and shiny, not like those dodgy white diamond Thai ones that have the outside stripped off, not very nice and v.expensive too.

    Thats great info, I’ll try my local halal, been keeping an eyeout in the supermarkets but as yet no joy, just brown convertional which I get occasionaly.

    I am not far from China Town where I work, has anyone found any there?

    How long do the young ones keep?
