I am assuming you are referring to candida. It has been discussed many times on here. Do a search for candida. There is a spit test you can take. I know I put the link up to it but can’t remember which thread.

Basically, it is hard to get rid of. You can do a colon cleanse but one way some people say they get rid of is to go on a candida diet (basically no fruits or sugars -almost all greens and take anti-fungals). Different things work for different people. The diet is very hard to do – in my opinion.
