hey…not an expert…but sometimes a fast will help recalibrate the body…there are a bunch of us doing the Master Cleanse on the 1st of December…If you are up for a fast…join in…
hey nspanky!
probiotics will certainly help replenish the good bacteria often missing when overgrowths are present. if you are willing to take other things you could try: oregano (strong antimicrobial / anti-fungal (which is what yeast is)), pau d’arco (also an anti-fungal), garlic, caprylic acid. the only other thing I could recommend is you get a digestive enzyme specifically for breaking down the cell walls in order to penetrate through to the yeast so it can be destroyed. there is one from renew life but can’t remember it’s name. I’ve even heard of people doing tea tree supposotories.
hope that helps a little!
I would say to make a benonite shake while taking probiotics. You can also drink those while on the master cleanse. That’s technically called “the ultimate cleanse” and there’s an ebook out there about it. You should also try reading Gabriel Cousens’ book Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine. In it there’s a large section about why yeast takes over our bodies.
kitty, I never knew oregano had those properties. I think I’ll be using it more now.
