Well us raw vegans/high raw vegans know that most fruit and vegetables have calcium in them and especially my leafy friend watercress! If one eats a wide variety of fruits, leaves and vegetables and if like me you have some wholefoods cooked like chickpeas and pulses then the diet is full of calcium. :)
