Ok, i just bought this thing and it has NO directions with is. can anyone who has one describe how it works? my pesto is just dying for some veg noodles to get on.

    This video may help you.. all spiral slicers work on the same principle, ..cut the ends off the vegetable, insert one end on the prongs… and turn the handle.. some vertical, some horizontal…same action required. There are 3 interchangeable blades that slot into the frame.. just click them in and out.
    Go to Google images and there are many pictures of spiral slicers in action..

    One tip: cut zucchini in half or thirds because long veggies are hard to turn.
