A Journey Within …
We as women tend to eat according to our emotions. The purpose of this intensive weekend retreat is to go inside ourselves to reveal all the reasons we eat, besides for purposes of nourishment. Some examples of this include stress, fatigue, boredom, loneliness, as well as celebrations and recreation. Besides workshops & yoga, there will be ample time for journaling, interacting with nature as well as bonding with our “sisters.”
