I just bought a pack of organic wheatgrass powder from Funky Raw. I never used wheatgrass before so I donā€™t know the difference between the natural fresh juice and the powder. I assumed the natural fresh juice is better of course!! However, I was wondering if anyone has experiment with both of them before. Does the powder have the same cleaning/ detoxing effect as the natural fresh juice? How many spoons should I put in my Smoothie?
