I’ve heard that you need to blanch most vegetables before freezing. Are there any thst freeze well raw that I can just thaw out and eat?

I know my grandmother would freeze berries, tomatoes and corn from our garden. Just make sure you only clean them, do not wash them b/c they will get soggy

Have you thought about drying them first.

I did some spinich kind of by accident, it was fine, was more if I had of left it out I would of had to throw it out a day later, wheras this way 1-2 days later I had it in some soup

Not as good as fresh..but better than wasting a huge bag of spinich
