I am doing a liver/parasite cleanse (black walnut, artichoke leaves, olive leaves among other things) and once a week I need to take epsom salts to drain out my colon, I guess.

I've never taken them. What should I expect? Diahrea all day?

Also, they suggest I do a mono diet of carrots all day. Why??? (well, breakfast is a grapefruit and spoon of olive oil)
