WHAT TO DO..??

Hey hey!!!!!

Well....soo I'm on the 80/10/10 raw vegan diet BATTLING that damn CANDiDA infection!!!!!!!!! =/// I'm leaving out ALL FATS for that time I think maybe a month or so..... today is DAY 9th ....!!!!!!!!!! Well,I decided to leave my skin alone and let it detox and repair...I'm not putting anything on it. But it is REALLY REALLY DRY...especially on my face..=/// and I don't know what to do!!!!!!!!!! HAVE YOU GOT ANY ADVICES...???

Today I'm n such a pain !! My muscles are sooo sore....!!!!! They hurt sooo much and I DID NOT exercise yesterday..!! =// I think it's detox,right...???

  • Really sore muscles? That doesn't sound right to me. Slight headach from say lack of coffee (if you use to drink coffee and your in withdrawls), but a lot of pain? What have you been eating? What were you eating before? (Did you just come from a really junk food diet?

    I've been waiting for someone else to have suggestions, but no one has yet so I thought I'd at least get the ball rolling by responding.

    I am 80/10/10 "ish". High fruit, greens, trying to cut way back on the fat. High raw (but not 100%). But, I have never had Cadida.

    I think muscle soreness is normal through detox; I have had it myself, unexplained, except for detox.

    Not sure about the skin.....are you dry brushing?

    Hey, girl. I feel so bad about your skin. On my face, I use jojoba oil after I wash it. It is very smooth now. I don't know if there is anything you can ingest besides fat for your skin to get less dry. That was my main problem with 80/10/10. My skin was cracking and bleeding all the time... and I mean like 4 times a day. My hands looked like they starred in a "SAW" movie.

    Maybe try doing an avocado face mask. Just mash avocado and put it on your face. I've done that with papaya, oats + honey, and grapes, too. It always leaves my skin feeling tight, but very soft. That way you aren't eating the fats.

    AGNES ~ I have been using the sesame oil mixed with EVOO for a facial wash followed by coconut oil as a moisturizer... I also hydrate my entire body with a fruit for breakfast and veggie for lunch smoothies daily as well as prill water between times... My skin is wonderful, soft and smooth... Don't use Mineral oil as it is a drying agent...
