Hello! Today is my first day of being raw. I was wondering if almond butter was raw and if i could use mustard. What about raw honey?

Also Sea Salt. I see it a lot in recipes so does that mean its okay. I just really want to get the full benefits of eating raw and I don't want to mess anything up. A lot of ppl aren't really supporting me and I really want to prove everyone wrong.

I tend to take the word "raw" literally, that is, nothing that has been exposed to temperatures high enough to denature it. Don't worry if you're not 100% raw, you'll still get most or all of the benefits if you're 80% or more.
