A blend of anise, cinnamon, star anise, cloves and ginger. The one I have is from the McCormick Gourmet Collection (before going raw).

There are different versions of Chinese Five Spice Powder, but the classic version is made with the following: Cinnamon, clove, fennel, star anise and Szechuan pepper. Szechuan pepper can be hard to find, and there really is no replacement for it, but a lot of companies use ginger instead. :)
