i seem to be sensitive to them and they give me stomach issues. I am not eating a lot of the or anything! just the typical serving or less. to be disgusting i can tell that some types are literally not digesting or breaking down in my body when it comes out the other way! ew and painful bloating. i eliminated nuts for a few days and switched to avocado and was fine so i know it doesnt have to do with that! i wanted to give it a go a gain and see if different kinds were easier for me. recommendations?
For me personally I think sunflower seeds are the easiest to digest. I soak hulled seeds for about 24 hours, then sprout them until they have tails about half the length of the seed. Then I dehydrate them until they're nice and crunchy. I eat them as a snack, put them on salads, etc. I don't season them (no salt, etc.) and I seldom eat them raw.
