Hi Rawmen. That is so horrible he said that at the funeral. All I can say is maybe it was a blessing because you could be more angry than sad. I think he would have wanted to go without a big fuss so it is good you didn’t call 911. But it would be a good time to go with verizon..
That is kind of neat that you knew to go over there. I am sure his lady friend would have liked someone there to help her. It sounds like it was pretty peaceful.
He sounds like a great guy. What a thing to go through! I’ve alwasy thought your name sounded like amen- but with a Raw to it. Maybe that was your special spiritual sensitivity coming through.
If I were you- I’d go and play powerball for him! I hope you win!
Rawmen. I’m so sorry about your granddad. Even more sorry about what the preacher said. It actually makes me mad. Did the preacher even know your granddad?
Thank you for the kind words. The preacher DID know him. Granddad was a preacher type in the church was 18 years. All that preacher kept saying was about how he had to keep his integrity and insterad of a toast it was like a roast. All of the gueat there were appalled. They said they would have gotten up and left but they had more respect for the family. He was a peaceful guy and he did not want fuss over him. I had always had special senses and dreams that predict the future. They use to scare me but now I use them for comfort and warnings to others. I only get dreams or feelings about people in my family. I did not think it would work with my husbands family because they were not blood related to me but I guess it happens to anyone that i care for. I had a dream about psalm 27 so I have to go see what that reads. Thank you for the kind words. I feel so much better just getting that off my chest!
Grandad sounds like a lovely soul. He was lucky to have you around him. ;0)
Wow, what a story. Thanks for sharing that.
