What could I eat when I have an upset stomach? When I used to eat cooked foods, I used to eat rice, bread and crackers. But I'm doing 80/10/10, which constitutes mostly of fruits and vegetables, so I don't know what I could eat that would not upset my stomach more or that could help soothe it. Any suggestions?
Sorry about your tummy, must have to say since I went raw, I haven't had a tummy ache...
Have you tried making ginger tea from the fresh root???
