have any of you used them? If so, what for? i found two reciped on this forum that I would like to try. I finally found them in a little juice store and am going to buy them, but want ideas of other ways to use them.
Tocotrienols are rice bran. It is supposed to be the best source of Vitamin E. They go really well in chocolates and pies, and I’m sure you could make a fabulous pie crust with sprouted almonds, tocotrienols, and a tad of coconut oil.
