Teflex sheets?

Are they reusable? I use parchment paper and it works fine, however sometimes when I make wraps they it can get kinds of tricky. I basically want to have the teflex for making wraps (flat breads I'm ok with because I just break them up and they're irregular anyways).

  • I have used them more than once and had no problems. I tried parchment paper once making flax seed crackers and it was a disaster. The dough stuck to the paper and the paper was dehydrated right into the food. I used parchment paper for cucumbers and cauliflower and it worked out o.k. I just wouldn't use it again for raw breads or crackers.

Yes you can use them over and over and over again and food just peels off really simply.
