Sunflower Lecithin in Place of Soy Lecithin?
August 11, 2010 - 12:03pm
I was browsing through rawfoodworld.com earlier and saw a product called sunflower lecithin. Curious, I was wondering how it could be used in place of soy lecithin and if anyone had used it/could give a review

Matt Monarch seemed pretty enthusiastic about it in one of his youtube videos but he tends to really really enjoy his food lol
It's a good source of Choline, and as his
website says is the only non animal, raw source of it.
