No im not talking of fruit. Im talking of agave, maple syrup, ect.. i just finish watch "The Great Sugar Scandal"by vikki griffin i only have half the video though, and i know she is talking of refined sugar but all the crazy
effects sugar has on out bodies is crazy yet true. would agave and maple syrup but considered the same? what about raw can sugar?
i watched what i ate today so far and it's been tons of sweetness!! tons of concentrated sugars.... could we still be eating to much concentrated sugar??? could it still have lasting effects on our health?
