Struggling to stay raw

Hey everybody, hope everyone is doing well. (:

I've been a vegan for about 3 years, and the tranistion from a SAD diet to a healthy vegan diet was almost effortless. Going from cooked vegan to raw seems to be alot more of a struggle though, and I think perhaps it may have to do with the fact that I haven't found very many raw recipes that are easy/simple, realatively inexpensive, and tasty enough to maintain it. So I was just wondering if anyone had any recipe ideas that are easy enough to make on a regular basis, and are delicious whether you are raw or not. I don't seem to be particularly fond of raw versions of cooked recipes, for example, raw spagetti, I've eaten cooked spagetti for so long that I expect it to taste a certain way, and raw spagetti doesn't even come close to my expectations. (although I'm not against eating a recipe with squash noodles, I'd just prefer a recipe that takes into account that the noodles won't taste the same as cooked noodles, so different spices or ingredients might be used to enhance the squash flavor instead of an exact replica of cooked spagetti, if you know what I mean) For the same reasons I don't like recipes with raw vegan cheese.(nuts and seeds just don't come close to real cheese flavor, so i'd rather just eliminate any recipes with raw cheese ingredients like pizza, lasagna, ect.)

I hope this makes sense, I just really need some staples that I can use that are practical enough I can use on a regular basis. ATM I eat a green smoothie in the morning for breakfast, a big salad for lunch, snack on raw fruits, veggies, and nuts inbetween, and then I am at a loss for dinner. Thanks in advance(:
