I’ve read recently about storing nuts and seeds in the freezer to keep them fresher longer. Does anyone do this? Is there a negative effect on enzymes?

Yes, you can and should store them in the freezer, but it’s optimal if you soak and dehydrate them first. The nuts and seeds become dormant so there is very little effect on the enzymes. Cheers!
